It's as easy as 1-2-3!
- Decide which program(s) you want. Not all programs are available on the same day. We have to limit the day to 2 programs due to the equipment required.
- Determine which date block you want. You can view our entire schedule, and find a week when we will be in your general area. You also need to calculate how many shows you will need at each location. Most schools need no more than one day. Smaller schools can get everyone in one or two performances and can thus get the entire school in before lunch, leaving the other half of the day for another nearby school (saving money as well!)
- Call or e-mail us and let us help you get everything on the books. Together we can help co-ordinate schedules, match you with other nearby schools/districts if you need additional days, and make sure that you have all the paperwork, and promotional materials you will need to make the assembly a huge success.
